Meet Your Provider

Dr. Meghan Zeigler, PT

Hi, I’m Meghan!

I’m the founder of Mountain Path Physical Therapy, and I help active women and moms in their 30s–50s get out of pain, rebuild stability, and confidently return to strength training and fitness.

I work with women who want to feel strong again but are dealing with pain, instability, or movement issues that make lifting and workouts feel different than they used to. Many of my clients are moms navigating postpartum and hormonal changes while also trying to stay active, keep up with daily life, and get back to the workouts they love. They’ve tried to push through, back off, or modify on their own, but something still feels off.

I believe you do not need to choose between motherhood and feeling strong in your body. You just need a better plan.

My approach combines female-specific physical therapy with progressive strength work to assess how your body moves, reduce pain, rebuild stability, and gradually reload strength. We focus on helping your body handle real-life demands and training demands with more confidence, not just calming symptoms down for the short term.

Sessions are delivered one-on-one in your home, at your gym, or through telehealth, so your care fits naturally into the way you live, move, and train.

If you’re ready to stop second-guessing your body and start feeling strong, capable, and confident again, I’d love to help you get there.
